Clients are responsible for providing timely access to sites, technical specifications, and necessary approvals as outlined in the project agreement.

4. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are defined in individual project agreements. Standard terms include:

7. Limitation of Liability

Hypecia's liability is limited to the value of services provided under the specific project agreement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Force majeure events, including natural disasters, regulatory changes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, may affect project timelines without liability.

8. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client projects, technical specifications, and business information. Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information to third parties without prior written consent.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate agreements with written notice as specified in project contracts. Termination terms include:

10. Governing Law
